The Night of the Museums of Brussels

On Saturday 6 March 2010, from 19:00 to 01:00, around twenty museums (Musée de l’Armée, Musée du Costume et de la Dentelle, Centre belge de la Bande dessinée, Musée BELvue, Musée des Instruments de Musique, Musée du Cinquantenaire…) will put on their festive clothing and invite you to the third edition of the Night of the Museums of Brussels. That evening, space for young talent with a unique programme far from the beaten path: studio photo “Manneken-Pis” at the Maison du Roi, demonstrations of lucha libre (Mexican wrestling) at the Bozar, slam and breakdance at the Porte de Hal, fashion show at the Musée du Cinquantenaire and many other things… Thus hold on tight as a real festive tornado will sweep through the museum collections and exhibitions. An after-party will welcome night owls at the Bozar until 3:00 in the morning.

This event organised by the Brussels Museum Board is the fruit of collaboration between 20 museums and many schools, youth groups and associations.
